The minutes from our meetings are documents that can be opened. I believe that you can make additions and changes to any of those documents and send them back although I am not sure of that. I would be happy to make changes that you e-mail to me if you get a "read only" doc when you open it. You can let me know.
Please use the Power Point and hand-out for manuscript formatting only if it works for you. You should certainly use whatever best fits your needs and those of your students. It seemed reasonable that if we know what is required at the senior level, we could provide consistency for students in our expectations. If you have suggestions for changes that you think could/should be made to the example provided, please post them here.
I am inserting the spreadsheet that Juli brought from her meeting on Monday. This is a scope and sequence that was developed at Topeka HIgh over the past year or so. Juli offered it for our examination and wondered if it might serve as a starting point for the development of a similar scope and sequence for the the language arts curriculum here at HPHS.
I am miserable at being creative about adding more interesting things to this wiki. I welcome your input in that arena as well. If you happen on to a cartoon, clip, or other information that you are willing to share on the wiki, I encourage you to make additions. I hope that this wiki becomes a vehicle for us to interact with each other in a new way. Thanks for any additions you make.
